Starting from exported .81R file, use :doc:`runots.py </runots>` to process using the two :doc:`configuration files </config>`.

In the cdf2nc step, you will need to input a .nc file that contains height above seabed data as runots son cdf2nc [--height HEIGHT] cdfname.
